Willpower

Willpower is a derived resource possessed by each Character. A character's Maximum Willpower is equal to 10 times their Resolve. Willpower is generally spent to generate effects with Magic, though some Maneuvers and other abilities will spend it and certain attacks can cause it to be lost.

If a character's Willpower is ever reduced to 0 or less they are broken, and become unable to act until they restore at least 1 point.

Much like Stamina, a character who is standing still regenerates Willpower equal to their Resolve every 10 seconds. A sitting character regenerates a that amount in half the time, while a prone character regenerates this amount each second. Environmental conditions, such as laying on a bed or sitting in the rain, can modify the character's effective Resolve.

Willpower is impacted by Hunger.
